Pacchero is nu scunnizzo napoletano. Nu scunnizzo was born in a working-class neighbourhood, of humble origins, with a big heart. Pacchero has such a big heart that he can keep inside himself all the sauce he encounters in every dish. He collects it and holds it down to the last drop, even when the sauce is little, he does not waste it. He values it and protects it by holding it in an eternal embrace. The name Pacchero comes from the word 'paccàro', which in Neapolitan dialect means slap. Pacchero is like that: a slap of flavours and emotions, intense, strong, vigorous, that stuns and leaves its mark.
It is 100% Italian durum wheat semolina pasta, dried at a slow, low temperature. For its preparation, we use only water coming from the springs of the Carnic Alps that surround our territory. No preservatives or artificial colourings.
