Processing of dried pasta of durum wheat semolina, egg, mixed with fresh ingredients (radicchio, parsley), dehydrated (spinach, turmeric, beetroot), liquids (squid ink, paprika, lemon); packaging in primary plastic film PP of 250 or 500 grams.

In our grandmothers' time, all food specialities were prepared by hand or with artisanal machines, using only natural ingredients. A 'ritual' that, here at Sapori Antichi, we renew every day with passion, professionalism and, above all, attention to quality.

For all our types of pasta, we exclusively select 100% Italian durum wheat semolina and use only bronze dies.
Unlike the cheaper Teflon, this material allows us to obtain a porous and rough pasta that adapts perfectly to any sauce.

At the end of the production line, our pasta slowly dries through a low-temperature process.
All the ingredients we use are subjected to meticulous selection before being fed into the production process.
